With the possibilities of Italy facing Portugal in their final stage of World Cup qualifiers, Italian coach, Robert Mancini has floored five time Balon d’OR winner, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Either Italy or Portugal would be missing from 2022 World Cup scheduled to be played in Qatar.

Reacting to his team facing Ronaldo’s led Portuguese team, Robert Mancini said he’s not moved by the presence of Ronaldo in the team, saying there no need to make a special plan on stopping him as he’s not Lionel Messi.

With all due respect. Cristiano Ronaldo is not Messi. We focus on Portugal as a unit. If we were playing Argentina, then yes, there would be a special plan because Messi is Messi, he’s the key.
