Crystal Palace eyes Portuguese tactician as Roy Hodgson successor

Crystal Palace are back showing interest on Portuguese tactician, Paulo Fonseca as the successor of Roy Hodgson who will step down at the end of the season.

Palace were first linked with Paulo Fonseca in 2021 but opted for Arsenal legend, Patrick Vieira who turned out to be a flop.

Paulo Fonseca, 50 has been keen on coming to the Premier League, giving Palace hopes of the Portuguese stepping down from his job as Lille boss and joining them.

Roy Hodgson is hailed as one of the greatest British football manager and is currently the oldest serving head coach at age 76.
