Former Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard has denied wanting Rangers job despite links with the Scottish Premier League team.
Lampard endured a bad start to his managerial career, fumbling twice as Chelsea boss and also being a disappointment at Everton.
Rangers recently parted ways with their former manager, Michael Beale after a disruptive season and are currently in search of a replacement.
Lampard said;
“It’s good, less stress.
“I think it’s important that you try to find the time outside of sport to recharge a bit and enjoy things you don’t get the chance to do when you’re working, so I’m probably in that place right now.
“There is a balance in terms of feeling lucky to work in the Premier League, the expectations are high from the outside, all coaches set expectations for themselves.
“It’s not always easy because you want to be as good as you can be, but when you’re out of work it’s your time to get away, get some perspective and realise that family is the real positive of that side.”
